dedicated to providing personalized strategies tailored to your unique journey, helping you heal and thrive. I understand the challenges you may face, and I am here to support you every step of the way.

Families face unique challenges as they grow together. I support families navigating relationship issues, supporting adult children with disabilities, addressing family trauma, and more. I embrace and support LGBTQIA+ families, children, and teens. My practice promotes acceptance, identity exploration, and affirmation.

Senior
As a fellow senior who's experienced the ups and downs life, I understand that transitions can be tough. We've all faced loss, stress, and the of managing health changes or chronic illnesses. I've found that sharing coping strategies for anxiety, depression, and feelings of loneliness really help. Together, we can search for the strategies that are best fit this stage of life - and work on finding joy.

Adolescent
Teens need a safe and supportive environment to explore their thoughts and feelings. My goal is to help them develop healthy coping skills and improve their ability to navigate complex issues ranging from trauma to academic stress to family dynamics. This empowers them to build resilience and thrive in their everyday lives.

I use cognitive, insight-oriented, self system, and affirming procedures in the therapeutic relationship.

of experience treating adults and

other mood disorders, trauma
and relationship problems.
My previous experience includes
working in residential treatment
facilities and camps, schools,
hospitals, and teaching psychology.
For many years I worked with a
therapy dog. Now I am focusing
on tele-health and welcome
new patients
